How much does a tag cost?
- Each tag costs ten dollars.
What happens if someone finds my keys?
- They will contact us on the website or via the toll free number. Your identity will never be revealed to the finder of the keys.
How does your service work?
- Our service works in many different ways. Once your keys are found, we give you four different options to get them back.
The First: A courier; we have relationships with many courier companies across the nation and can have your keys brought to you.
The Second: UPS/Fedex/DHL; we overnight your keys to our office and then to any address you desire. Keys are sent to our office first to make sure your key set is complete before we send a reward.
The Third: USPS aka Snailmail; we use the post office… not very efficient.
The Fourth, last and most favorite of all: The Meeting; we give you the contact information of the finder and you meet them on your own.
Do I have to pay the reward if my keys are found?
- Yes, by activating your tag and agreeing to our terms you promise to pay the reward.
Are there any additional fees?
- Nope.
What happens if I move or change my phone number?
- Just log-in (with your email) and update your information. We send semi-annual reminder emails to update your contact information.
What happens if my keys are found but you can’t get in touch with me?
- We will make every reasonable attempt to contact you. Please make sure to keep your contact information current. We hold keys for sixty days and then destroy them.
Do you guarantee the return of my keys?
- No, but this is a way better bet than anything else out there.
Do you give out any of my personal information?
- No, all of the information collected from our members is kept private. For more details read our Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page.
What are your office hours?
- We don’t close. Feel free to call anytime.
How do I return the keys that I found?
- You have a couple options also. You can simply put the keys in any mailbox and they will make it to our office. If you are interested in collecting the reward please give us a call or complete the “found keys” on our website. At that point we will contact the owner and determine the most efficient route to getting your reward.
How do I get my reward for returning somebody’s keys?
- We will send you the reward as soon as possible.
